Helicopters for Hope provides free helicopter rides to terminally ill and underprivileged children — full scholarships to underprivileged young adults pursuing a career as a professional pilot — and fundraiser helicopter ride events to help cover hospital bills for families in need.

Program 01 · Hope Flights

Hope Flights

Every Hope Flight is built around one child. We fly with the families of terminally ill kids — and kids from communities where a moment like this would never otherwise be possible — over the places they love most. Their home. Their school. The mountains. The coast.

It costs us about $650 to put one child in the air for a flight they will never forget.

Program 02 · Wings Scholarship

The Wings Scholarship

Each year we select a small number of underprivileged young adults and put them through a full professional helicopter pilot training program — at zero cost to them.

Every graduate is offered a guaranteed pilot position with our sister company, Happy Helicopters LLC. One scholarship can change the trajectory of an entire family.

Program 03 · Hospital Bill Fundraisers

Helicopter ride fundraisers for children's hospital bills

We host public helicopter ride fundraiser events tied to a real child fighting a real diagnosis. Every ticket is a scenic ride for you — and a direct payment toward that family's medical bills.

100% of ticket proceeds go straight to the featured child's hospital bills. The community shows up. The family exhales.
